Beatiful house and lots of amenities. The kids loved the game room and it was so nice having the dock for our boat. Highly recommend this place

The lake view was spectacular and the house was more than what we expected. It is located right on the lake and the owners provided all the lake toys and essentials you need to enjoy the water.

She stay was nice, the property for the most part was well maintained and clean. Unfortunately there were a number of issues that I would have overlook on their own, but combined to overshadow the stay. Two days before our arrival our host informed us that the hot tub was broken and that the service company might be at the property during our stay. We were given the option to cancel the stay, but given that we had been planning this vacation for the past several months with family that was flying in from out of state, cancellation was not really an option. The hot tub service company was there for 4 - 6 hours for 2 out of the 3 days of our stay. They required access to the game room where the electrical panel was and spent a significant amount of time sitting in their service van which was parked in front of the main door. Most of the exterior of the house had extensive cobwebs and spiders, the interior was mostly free of insects, though there were a couple of large ants in the kitchen. We used the grill once, but it had quite a bit of grime accumulate and we had to thoroughly clean it before using. There were a number of additional requirements listed in a folder placed inside the house, these included taking out the trash, refilling any empty propane cylinders, not brining any shoes inside the house (which was annoying due to all the spiders outside), resetting any items we may have moved, cleaned up and putting away all the dishes and taking up out the laundry to the laundry and starting a load . We did this all despise the charge for cleaning already included in the rental price. One day after we left we were informed that they had discovered a small pea-sized impact in the kitchen granite countertops and charges us several hundred dollars for repairs. This despite the fact that we prepared no food in the kitchen and did nothing there that could have caused such damage. I repeatedly tried to explain this to the host, but they completely ignored all my messages. There were plenty of small issues of wear an tear around the house, such as scratches in upholstery, splotches on wooden tables, crayon marks on the deck. None of these would bother me, except that they can be attributed to as damage done by a guest This was a vacation our family was looking forward to and could have been great, but the overall impression I got was that the host was less concerned with the experience of the guests and more on ensuring they are turning a profit.
