Shared bathroom. Also, a shared space in front of the rooms door. The shower has a button that you have to push constantly. No temp regulation. Low quality room, in general.

Start cleaning properly and then please renovate the building.

Choice of food at breakfast was good. And they were the only accomodation that could provide us with a room for 4. And the sheets were clean (not the matress actually, but at least the sheets).

The whole complex needs renovation urgently. Some things just look ugly but are clean actually (e.g. brown fluids within the window glasses on windows that are clean on the outside). Tables and tablets at the breakfast were sticky and not cleaned properly. Toilets are shared, showers are in the room but do not work properly (the shower head nozzles were clogged with dirt or limescale, so only a few jets of water came out of the shower head). I know this is a youth hostel, but the standard is not OK in relation to the prices charged. We have stayed several nights in France and this accomodation was way below everything else whilst charging nearly the same prices!

It's a hostel, don't expect any more than that

The location is perfect for the ones who want to enjoy the sea. The hostel is located right on a beach, so you need to make just a few steps to go swimming. A picturesque trail path connects the hostel with the northern and main parts of Cancale. There is a lot of space outdoors to enjoy the sea, sun, food and wine. If you didn't care about the latter two points, you can buy whatever you need at the hostel itself and the prices are reasonable.

Unfortunately, the description of the room is confusing. My "Family room" featured private bathroom, barbecue and private entrance. The private bathroom actually means shower, while the toilet is common (2 on the floor, exceptionally clean), barbeque is just a common hostel service and, of course, no private entrance as I understand it. So my expectations were significantly higher than the reality, especially taking into account the price (175 EUR per night for four).

Very poor

I would NOT recommend this place. For the same price, in Brittany you can find much more better places that do not require : To remove your need sheet from your room after your stay (!!). To unmake your breakfast table . The shower was very difficult to use and the bathroom is on sharing. We are generally happy to stay in places that provide service similar to a dormitory, but this place was really overpriced (65 euro for one night). Not to mention the dirty plates and mug for breakfast.

Unterkunkt in toller Lage

Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre tolle Lage in einer kleinen Bucht. Das Pesonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Am Strand gibt es einen tollen Imbissstand, der am Abend bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet hatte und an dem leckere Crepes und Gallettes und auch Austern aus Cancale und andere Meeresfrüchte angeboten wurden. Die Jugendherberge ist insgseamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Würde gerne wieder kommen

Frühstück war sehr einfach aber gut ; Das Haus liegt an einer Bucht welche über ein paar Sitzbänke und Tische verfügt ; Baguette , Käse , Salami und ein Rotwein bei untergehender Sonne , ein Traum

In Punkt Sauberkeit gab es nur das Dachfenster zu bemängeln das aber schlimm aussah , schade . Auch wenn wir hier von einer "Jugendherberge" sprechen hat das Haus diesen Mangel nicht verdient

Il wc è in comune non in stanza come indicato su booking. La doccia è praticamente inutilizzabile (causa per la quale abbiamo lasciato la struttura con una notte di anticipo). C'è un unica presa funzionante. Prezzo non adeguato all'offerta. Portatevi gli asciugamani.

Una vista mozzafiato e una location immersa nella natura

Posizione e vista spettacolari. Locato sulla spiaggia e proprio all'inizio di un sentiero panoramico mozzafiato. Colazione varia e abbondante.

Solo 2 prese elettriche in una stanza per 5 persone non sono sufficienti. Aggiungere delle ciabatte potrebbe aiutare.

Rideau velux cassé. Odeurs très fortes venant de la douche .Une seule prise fonctionne au pied de la porte d entrée pas de prise vers table de nuit qui à mon avis doit être signalé car de ce fait pas de branchement des appareils respiratoires

Die Lage ist traumhaft schön. Eine sehr hübsche Bucht und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten draußen um das Gebäude herum. Das Frühstück ist gut. Es gibt in der Bucht einen Kiosk wo man etwas zu essen bekommt.

Wie in einer Jugendherberge zu erwarten war das kleine Zimmer sehr einfach. Das man selbst die Betten be-und abziehen muss hatten wir nicht erwartet. Das eigene Bad ist nur eine Dusche, die Toiletten sind für alle Gäste. Der Privatstrand ist ein kleiner Yachthafen mit einer öffentlichen Badestelle.

Chambre très spartiate, lits pas confortables, très bruyant. Les alèses étaient déchirées, il y avait des papiers de bonbons sous un matelas et derrière des meubles.
