Localização com ressalvas. No centro da cidade, próximo a padarias, farmácias, etc. porém em uma rua muito barulhenta e em frente a uma escola.
Banheiro horrível, com forro de madeira, fios elétricos aparentes, ducha higiênica não funciona, espelho solto sobre a pia, chuveiro só sai água se abrir a torneira da pia dentro do quarto. Ama de solteiro no quarto, sem roupa de cama. Colchão da cama de casal horrível. Uma única manta para cobrir. Televisão com HD TV BOX, sem as devidas instruções de funcionamento. Estacionamento terceirizado e que fecha às 19h e após este horário, tem que utilizar uma chave que fica guardada no prédio para abrir o mesmo e após entrar ou sair do estacionamento, tem que subir no Amy para guardar a chave. Enfim; não recomendo.
