A comfortable home in a quiet location between downtown and the beach!

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have an en-suite shower room, an independent bathroom with its toilet, another separate toilet, a large living room with lounge area (large sofa and two armchairs), kitchen area equipped with everything you need (utensils and crockery, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, teapot, etc...) and a mezzanine with TV and library (you can read all the books that are on site, and come back if you haven't finished them). All with wifi of course!

Ideally, the house accommodates 6 people but we can increase to 8 on request.

All the furniture and equipment are recent (2020) and of good quality, including top-of-the-range bedding (2 beds of 160 and 2 beds of 90) and some fittings are made to measure. Each bed has a duvet and 65x65 pillows with protective covers. Linen is provided on request. Dish towels and bath mats are provided. A grocery store is ready to use (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices) and cleaning products are also available.
The house is very nice and quiet with a beautiful terrace at the back to have your meals and the sunshine is perfect (East-West).

The location is convenient, 10 minutes walk from the center and its shops, markets and covered markets (3 days a week) and just 10 minutes by bike from the beaches (Souzeaux, des Dames, Anse Rouge...). Bike rentals are 300 meters away, a cinema, and of course the castle, its neighborhood, and its many restaurants down the street for nice evening walks.
The house is non-smoking and we do not accept pets.

In the garden, there is a composter where you can throw all your green waste. For the rest, a weekly collection of regular and recyclable waste is provided (except for the glass which you will have to throw in containers down the street, near the castle). We have also installed an outdoor shower to rinse the sand before entering the house.

We have put all our heart into this project and are ready to share it. We simply ask the occupants to be respectful of the premises and the furniture, which we have chosen with care and to leave the house as you would leave a friend's.

Noirmoutier on the island is very lively all year round, and most of its shops are open full time. After the boiling of the first half of August, it regains its serenity and is very pleasant to discover by bike, especially during walks in the salt marshes or through the nature reserves where you can observe many species of birds, not to mention the famous Passage du Gois, where fishing for cockles and clams will delight gourmets!
