At Heavenly Vista you are surrounded by unobstructed lake views while being just minutes from Stateline and Heavenly Ski Resort. The home offers spacious bedrooms 3 of which are en-suite and 2 rollaways. This space is family friendly and provides 3 separate living areas for large groups to enjoy, including an attached suite with kitchenette. Additional amenities include: steam shower, multiple fridges & dishwashers, high speed internet, and parking for 7 cars.

Real estate in Lake Tahoe's Montgomery Estates is consistently one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in all of South Lake Tahoe for many reasons. Located within the middle section of Pioneer Trail, there is easy access for people coming from the Bay Area over Hwy 50, just off Pioneer Trail. Heavenly Vista is approximately four miles to the Heavenly Mountain skiing resort from door to door. The Montgomery Estates neighborhood is primarily local and second home residents, as well as many vacation renters due to the differing rental permit regulations. While Montgomery Estates is technically located in El Dorado County, it's right on the edge of the city limits so you're located in the middle of all the action, but can also enjoy a private forested setting. Most of the South Lake Tahoe beaches, outdoor recreation, shopping, dining and entertainment venues are all within five to ten minutes of one's front door. The lots throughout the area are generally larger and more spread out as compared to the majority of South Shore neighborhoods and allow for greater privacy and quiet environments. Most of the properties are large, custom homes with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe and Mt. Tallac. Nearly every home in the area is within a short walk to miles of endless trails ideal for hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing. Heavenly Vista is a few hundred yards from the trailhead.

We stayed with 15 adults and our pups and had a great time! The massive windows overseeing Lake Tahoe and the mountains truly made our stay and we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets there. Our group could not peel ourselves away from the view each day. The house was HUGE and there was plenty of space for everyone! 3 kitchens, a ton of bedrooms, even 2 different living room spaces that were big as well. 10 minutes from the main South Lake Tahoe / Heavenly buzz. Amazing stay and could not have asked for much more. Will say that we were a little confused on check in day since there weren't instructions received until we reached out, but that was really the only thing I could think of for feedback. Alex and Susan were very accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout the weekend that we were there. Thank you!

We had adults, children, infant and a dog and we never felt crowded. Roomy, comfortable, hot but with the room air conditioning unit and fans it was tolerable. The home is close to bike/hike/running trails, fishing, and beaches. Parking up the steep driveway took skill but there was space enough for 4 SUVs Susan our representative was great. All issues were resolved.

great house for multiple families with young-ish children. lots of room to play and the kitchen/dining areas were sufficiently large for home prepared meals. only issue that we encountered was a near-broken hook in the master bathroom on the second floor, and the unfortunate issue that occurred nightly where the hot water ran out after a few kids' showers. wonderful place and great location.

Everything was wonderful. The house was spacious. It was fully equipped. The location was amazing. If you are looking for a nature type of vibe but yet comfortable, this is the place. Susan was incredible. Sonya was the sweetest as well. Any issue or question we had, Susan was extremely fast with responding. We didn’t come across any real issue truthfully. I would say going up on the driveway is a bit on the narrow side for SUVs. I also loved that the check out details are brief and easy. We mainly were only expected to take out the trash which I find more than fair. Everything was smooth! The only thing I can leave as a suggestion is to make sure the covers of the two rollaways are washed after every booking. We had to wash one of them because it was obvious it wasn’t washed. And depending on your preference, the wifi isn’t all great throughout the house in case you actually need it for work but it’s a huge home and you’re in Lake Tahoe. Disconnecting from the online world for a few days doesn’t hurt :) However, if you need a good connection to wifi for work, zoom call, etc, the third floor by the big window is the right spot! Works perfect! And such amazing views!

Had a large group (16 people) stay for a long weekend and we all had a blast. The house is amazing! The view from the top floor is fantastic and there is so much space. It was very clean and easy to check in/out. On top of all that, it is very close to town! Ubers arrive usually within 10 minutes to take people into town and it is about a 10 minute drive to almost everything. Highly recommend!!

Great location off Pioneer Trail with a fabulous view of the Lake. Check in was without issue. Clean and spacious. HOT water appreciated! Plenty of bath and beach towels. Great kitchen and large dining table worked well for us. The AC unit was also much appreciated. Beach chairs and cooler was a plus! One issue. At time of booking in Aug 2022, this property claimed a shower in the upper level powder room totaling 5 showers. Upon check in, no shower existed in the powder room. Property contact Susan was messaged and was unaware of the listing inaccuracy and wanted proof of discrepancy. Listing error was pointed out to Susan and no further communication was received from Susan thereafter however the listing was eventually corrected. The lack of an explanation or response from Susan about the listing error was unprofessional and contrary to the “hospitality”dynamic. A simple apology for the error would have sufficed however it seems incredulous that this listing error would have gone unnoticed for a years time. As well, the decision to book this property claiming 5 showers may have been influenced if the correct number of showers was known. The lack of the 5th shower was not a deal breaker however the lack of any further communication from Susan about the situation was unfortunate.

We waited for years for this reunion...after life and Covid interfered. But it was worth the wait! Between Tahoe's beauty and this gorgeous home, it was perfection when mixed with our wonderful family. We had seniors, adults, teens, kids, dogs and an infant and the comfort (and largess) of this house made it all work. Thank you to Susan and Alex for everything. You put up with my dozens of messages and questions with a smile. I can highly recommend this lovely property and wonderful owners for the best vacation ever!

Truly our stay was fantastic. The home was decorated so nice, and the gigantic steam shower in The master bath is quite the experience! Our large family all had room to spread out and we absolutely loved our time there for the 4th of July.

We have never visited Lake Tahoe and this home was located fairly close to the hub of Lake Tahoe. We were pleasantly surprised of how big this home is. We enjoyed our stay. Lots of stairs since it is a 3 story home. Having access/use of the hot tub would have also been nice but it is inoperable. Would stay here again.

This house was amazing!! It is literally spread out over 4 floors and has so many different places to hang out in - it's hard to choose! The large kitchen upstairs was perfect for our group of 14 when it was time to cook. The bar kitchen on the 1st floor was also amazing with 2 drink refrigerators, an ice maker, a keurig, and its own dishwasher, next to a large sitting room. The views from the large windows overlooking the lake were breathtaking. There were 2 different decks that you could go out on. One had a hot tub on it but it was not in working order (or not available to us). That is the only thing we were disappointed about (but we knew about it in advance). We had an absolute blast staying there and I will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

This house is 5 Stars for so many reasons! It was so big and accommodated our large group with no problem! The rooms had very comfortable beds and the window views were the BEST part of the house. It serioulsy was picture perfect views everyday! We had areas on side and back of house for fun snow play and the home was really close to everything. The communication with the owners was always quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended home to family and friends already. We had such a memorable time in Tahoe and can't wait to be back.

This home was a perfect fit for our group of 17. It was a 70th bday celebration for my Mom and the home with its space and views was perfect for us especially since we were their during a snow storm we were able to play in the snow in the drive and when it got bad sit back and enjoy the view from the living rooms windows.

Me, my family , and friends came to celebrate by birthday in Lake Tahoe for the weekend, the house was spacious enough for our large party of 13 and well stocked with all amenities. A short drive to Heavenly for skiing and snowboarding, and a spacious kitchen living room area with spectacular views of Tahoe. The host was quick to respond to any questions, 10/10 recommend this beautiful home for a family getaway.

Just got back from a 4 night stay. The overall stay was nice but there were a couple of things. First the cabin is very nice and open. Plenty of space for everyone. Its situated very close to the road so its not very isolated. Theres also some construction and a building very close by so you never feel very private. Some games didnt work. The air hockey was broke. The basketball ball game was hit or miss and the football table had the part missing so the ball kept dropping on the ball when you scored. Also the liquid soap was topped up with water so it was runny. Not a big deal but for the price maybe should not have been Other than that it was great. The firepit, playground and tiki bar were all fine. Everything was close by and it was well stocked.

Driveway was steep , had 12" + first night , owners had plowed the next afternoon. This is our second time staying in this beautiful house! We had a big group of families with young kids between the ages of 4-10 and it was perfect for everyone! The house has all the amenities you'd need during your stay and the host was always quick to answer any questions. The house was clean and the views are amazing, I'm sure we'll be coming here again!

The space was plentiful yet intimate. We are a large family who enjoys traveling together. We ski and found getting to the mountain was easy from the house. We love to eat at one table and this set up worked perfectly. We play board games and the table area was good for this as well. When we were sitting around talking in groups there was plenty of space to have different conversations and not be bothering another group. The couch for the tv worked well for us as well. The bunk beds are a bit squeaky and not easy for adults but still worked well for our group. The kitchen was well stocked for the few items we forgot and had a sufficient number of plates and pans etc. We would definitely stay here again if go back to the Lake Tahoe area.
