Amazing Grace-Cozy Cabin Retreat in the Smokies

It was very relaxing and quiet! We messaged about a problem and they immediately came and fixed it (even on a weekend) and was super nice about everything.

TVs were hard to operate Not all light’s worked

The place was pretty basic, everything you need seemed to be there..we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the cabin so it served its purpose. It was clean some cobwebs up high on the ceilings.

Heat/ac unit could definitely use some work it was very cold the first night and we can hear the motor clunking throughout the night, which we called in to the office the next morning. And I’m assuming the water is well water the metal-like smell is very strong, the tv remotes in the living room were hard to use, one of the bedrooms could use a new mattress it was hard to find a comfortable spot and the bed itself was very squeaky with every toss and turn.. other then that no major issues!

the location was excellent and the facilities were good

the cooker could do with replacing as not all of the rings on the hob worked
