For traveling medical personnel, this property is centrally located about 15 minutes from North Florida Regional Medical Center and 5 minutes from UF Health Shands Hospital and 20 minutes from Gainesville Regional Airport.

This ideally located home is close to the University of Florida, regional medical centers, numerous state parks and natural springs, shopping malls, museums, not far to downtown Gainesville.
Spend a few of your vacation afternoons exploring the beautiful Florida nature nearby. Devil's Millhopper State Park, San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park, or Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park.
The Butterfly Rainforest at the Florida Museum of Natural History, Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo, Depot Park, Morningside Nature Center and the new Cade Museum for Creativity and Invention. Just to name a few!

This is wonderful location! I booked this property over a year in advance and maintained contact with the host and never had any issues! The place is clean, easily accessible, safe, has a parking spot off the road, and walkable to the stadium. It is perfect for a couple or if a family is bringing small children to the game! We will always look first at this spot for availability for future bookings!
