Very quiet location and off the beaten path but very close to the main attractions at Pigeon Forge. The sofa bed was broken and someone came to repair it when we arrived (and we didn’t use it for a bed) but it broke again and sitting on it was at a slant. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the townhouse so it wasn’t a huge deal. It was just two of us but if there were six staying there wouldn’t be enough seating in the living area. It would also be great if the townhomes had one parking spot reserved in front of each. The first night we had a very difficult time finding a place to park, it was pouring rain and we had been to the grocery store. Overall very worth the money and surprisingly quiet.
