Ferienwohnung Simmerath-de is an excellent property, a huge premise which we enjoyed thoroughly. There was cooking facilities, as well as washing machine for us to do our laundry. The apartment is easy to find, especially if you are driving, and located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Having a separate bedroom and a large living room made staying in the apartment very relaxing. Communication with the owners, who live next door, is also very easy and convenient. We chose this property in Simmerath, as it is within easy reach to other well-known villages like Monschau and Bad-Muenstereifel. We stayed 3 nights in this property and longer would also have been great.

The property is on the first floor, and the bedroom is located in a room with a sloping roof (like an attic). We kept hitting our heads against the inclined ceiling which is the roof. Took some moments to get used to. But the bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

In een rustige woonwijk gelegen appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige omgeving. Fietsen mochten in de garage gezet worden.

Het enige minpuntje was de verlichting. Die was nogal fel en wij vonden het daardoor niet sfeervol.

The apartment is very comfortable. Well equipped and very close to the town center. The owners were very kind and very responsive to any question or request we had.
