This haven of peace promises a relaxing and restful holiday. With its large heated swimming pool, fenced in for the safety of young children, its table tennis table, table football and 2 terraces, every age will find its happiness and privacy in all seasons, even in winter in the warm atmosphere of the stone fireplace and its cosy and refined decoration. Everything is designed to ensure the comfort and well-being so long awaited in order to guarantee a successful and restful holiday.
1 staircase allows access to the first floor to preserve the intimacy and tranquillity of each person.

The independent room on the ground floor offers direct access to the garden and swimming pool without the need for stairs, very appreciated by people of a certain age, or simply wishing to be a little out of the way.

- Living room with a marble table that can accommodate 6 to 8 guests, period fireplace in freestone, TV 100cm, 1 large corner couch
- Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, table and cooking utensils

Flat lawn land completely enclosed for the safety of children.

> Activity for sportsmen and women: Cycling, walking, running from the house etc. and if it's too hot you can keep busy in the heated swimming pool which measures 5X12m with a maximum depth of 2.1m.
