The flat was just right. It was very clean and warm.
Having shops next door was a plus.
The itinerary boasted a coffee maker, which wasn't there. That was disappointing; also, the vacuum cleaner didn't work.
The neighbours were a pain, antisocial and took away from the experience.

Located near many amenities, close to good beaches, museums, near the ocean zoo and places for horse back riding.
The pub across the road is excellent!
When we arrived the property only had bedding for the double bed, and one of the single beds, the second single bed we could find a pillow and a duvet but no covers whatsoever!
The bathroom was filthy with mold in the shower and yellow residue as well, we could also find hairs in the stairs showing a lack of vacuum.
However the worst part of all that put my child in eminent danger has to be the shower door that was completely loose at the top, no screws in sight, nothing! She screamed and I rushed to find the glass door nearly falling on her and she crying while holding that glass door! Appalling and infuriating doesn’t suffice to describe how we all felt about not just regarding the situation but the overall property!
I needed to get products to deep clean the bathroom for us to use it and vacuum all the house.
The small beds are extremely uncomfortable to the point 2 of us needed to sleep in the sofa throughout our entire stay!
It’s fundamental to mention that the property is located at the side of a petrol station where causes the apartment to smell of petrol constantly, even with closed windows, the location is very noisy.
So how they also have false advertising where they mention sea views, the only view is for the traffic coming and going to the petrol station.

My bad knees struggled with the stairs. But i knew this before i booked so it was fine.

Free parking outside property is a bonus but you need a small car to squeeze in flat 3 designated slot. Luckily we booked flat 2. There is also free parking in petrol station nearby.
A shower head holder and dining chairs were a bit flimsy but overall everything worked just fine.

This flat was ideally situated to explore Anglesey and for local amenities. The provision of milk, bread, tea and coffee plus a few other lovely snacks helped us settle in quickly. The cleanliness, even of the plates etc was greatly appreciated. Great communication with hosts.
Proximity to main road for noise and parking couldn’t be helped.

The property was clean, warm, well furnished and with all the facilities a family would need for a short stay. Instructions were excellent and easy to follow and, while there were warnings to reverse park, given the property's corner situation on a fairly busy road, it was actually easy to turn the car around without venturing out onto the road and we had no problems at all.
The welcome hamper was great, Welsh cakes, bread, orange Aero, wine - all the essentials. Framed house rules and good documentation via QR code looked quite nice on one of the window sills and the large sofa was a recliner. Wireless broadband was good, I was able to work remotely one night, while the smart TV was streaming, with no problems at all. Use the shower on Eco mode and you get perfectly stable temperature - plenty of good quality towels were provided.
There is a very convenient Spar shop within the Texaco garage adjacent to the property but it is not your average (or cheapest) corner Spar. It's enormous (by British standards) and boasts a huge selection of food and beverages, including great sandwiches made in-house. Staff are, of course, great because it's Wales and the Chinese takeaway next to the pub opposite, as noted by one guest - really is the best Chinese takeaway in the world. Sweet and sour chicken (Cantonese style) is as served in the Yang Sing in Manchester (England), when it was critiqued as the best Chinese restaurant outside London, except it's half the price of a Manchester takeaway.
The stairs up to flat 2 were fairly steep so you wouldn't want young kids to play at the top of them. That said, the carpet is so nice and thick that they could probably roll down the stairs and be ok. We were a family of four, with a 5 year old and a newborn and there were no issues, as internal fire doors enable guests to compartmentalise the whole property to keep wayward children safe.
In summer, it gets light early and the curtains aren't 100% blackout so kids might be tempted to rise a few minutes earlier than usual but, they're on holiday so they probably will do anyway...

Flat was very clean and had a great welcome pack. Location was ideal for exploring the island with it's central location. Shop in garage next door was very convenient and pub across the rioad was welcoming and did great food.
Backing into parking space was a little tricky at times as it was on the main road. Noise from the road was loud even with front windows closed.

Very homely feel to the property, the recliner sofa is a nice touch and great for relaxing after a day out. Location is good for exploring the island. There is a good Spar shop with deli counter next door, a good pub over the road and a great Chinese takeaway within 100 yards.
Road noise could be a bit annoying.

Great location easy to get anywhere around,the property had all we needed in terms of facilities, on arrival we had a welcome basket. we enjoyed our stay very much. Absolutely highly recommend this place and we will stay again in the future!

The property was very well located for our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the break, we used the apartment as a base and travelled around the Island the whole weekend.
The facilities in the property were excellent and clean.
The cooker was a bit of a challenge when we cooked our first meal as the dials were worn, we managed to sort it out through trying different settings.

Road noise. The first night was hot requiring open windows so road noise a feature. Otherwise with windows closed barely noticable. Having a parking space was great but the reverse parking required a degree of confidence on a road which could be busy.

The hamper and bottles of water were very much appreciated after a long journey! The apartment had everything we needed and a lovely cosy feel to it. Would absolutely stay again!
There were haribos under the sofa from the previous booking which made the otherwise very clean apartment feel slightly less clean.

The property suited our purposes as we were only in Anglesey to view houses. We also had in our party - brothers - that were happy to share the very small second bedroom. We managed and it was fine but I just feel that if you made that clearer in the description it would be far better. people would know what they are getting.
Everything else had been absolutely lovely.
Nothing really. Was nice touch having the bits of food like bread and Welsh cakes left for us and the white wine and rosé. What would have been more appreciated would be a couple of tea bags. However, the spar shop attached to the petrol station is a very convenient store.
The second bedroom being smaller than was advertised.
It is close to the road but we didn’t find that a problem. The walls are so thick that all sound is blocked out.
