Beware for this place especially if you have kids! We had stayed one night our 6 month old baby has little bites on both arms, they were bed bugs! The location is horrible lot of people on drugs in the streets and not even a block away there was possibly a shot out due to so many cops, ambulance, fire trucks. Inside the house it was horrible also uneven floors that you could trip on, chairs basically broken, and pot and pans rusted, the fold out sofa was broken, they only give you one paper towel roll and 2 toilet paper rolls after that you have to buy you're own! There were Roachs around the sink and counter tops. They want you to clean up everything wash dishes throw trash out clean the counter tops can't leave any food behind or they will charge you, even tho they say have housekeeping to clean up everything. They will try charge you for stuff that was already damaged or that the housekeeping damages. Housekeeping had damaged 5 hand towels in the washer and we got charged 77 dollars for its ridiculous! We messaged the owner back about the towels being damaged by housekeeping and was ignored never responded back or gave our money back shady place. Shower head was leaking as well.

The pictures show a decent house but not the fact it’s not in a great neighborhood. Even tho they take the money out for the stay after you send them your card, you will be forced to wait up to 30 minutes in the driveway as you email, txt, and message your card again along with the screen shots of where it was sent previously. Apparently there is a $300 deposit required that for some reason they never took out. The driveway had metal from a gardening boarder under the rock that my child caught her foot with and tripped and scraped herself pretty good. The back bedroom had no AC the house didn’t get under 80 the whole time we stayed. Half the furniture is broke. Floors are really uneven. The shower is either hot or cold there is nothing between that. There is a bus stop directly in front of the home and to the right there is a house with the yard all grown up, to the left there is a empty lot that people illegally dump in. People constantly walking up even at 8 am drunk when I’m trying to load up my family to go somewhere for the day only to be harassed for money. Very little parking as we could barley fit out Tahoe in the drive. A lot of things need to be changed about the property to make it worth the amount of money they are asking. If you are trying to find a “family friendly” place this is not it.
