Class Hotel Bosphorus With Jacuzzi

Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The area around the hotel is very hilly.

Amazing location, with helpfull stuff , i was there before and i will for sure go back again.

The main reception guy (tall, dark hair, moustache) was brilliant. Ordered me food each night on his phone to be delivered. And was hands down the most unbelievably and pure naturally beautiful guy I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Very small roof terrace but the views across the whole of Istanbul were incredible. Free ice cold bottled water for guests too which was nice. And the bed in my room was huge and so comfortable.

Breakfast was included but wasn’t much whatsoever. No option given either. It was a 1 egg omelette, cucumber, tomato, 1 small piece each of 3 different cheeses, 1 piece of store bought processed meat and about 267 pieces of bread with rock hard butter. This was the only option given for breakfast. Breakfast was also served in lobby/reception and on 2 occasions, trying to eat breakfast whilst the other reception guy was laid on the lobby sofa sleeping was quite off putting. Rude. Awkward and inappropriate. The pictures shown on booking.com of the hotels rooms are NOT the hotels rooms at the property. Extremely disappointing. The tv in the bedroom is in Turkish only. No choice or option for other languages whatsoever this wasn’t English friendly at all. When my room was to be cleaned, sheets changed etc, I was laid on my bed in my underwear just reading when the housekeeper walked straight in without knocking. Again, rude and inappropriate. I felt extremely uncomfortable and went and took a looooong shower waiting for her to leave. Wi-Fi is barely there. Constantly drops off every few minutes which is really frustrating. No room service. No option or info for any other meals at the hotel such as lunch or dinner. No description of the hotels actual location either. No lie, every side of this hotel has an extremely steep and very very long 45 degree hill. I would definitely advise on walking shoes/boots or hiring a moped at least. Oh and there are ZERO jacuzzis despite the hotel being described as “class hotel Bosporus with jacuzzi”. I was expecting a jacuzzi in my room or at least on the roof terrace but nope. Nothing.
