Great Stay

Property was very clean, staff prompt and polite. Well maintained facility. Nice open seating area in lobby. Quiet rooms fully equipped with basics. Kitchenette with a full size refrigerator was a plus. Breakfast is your basic continental menu. Bed sleeps well and very comfy. I will definitely stay here again for my annual event

Great stay.

Overall great hotel, clean and comfortable room and large bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located close to where our event was (Schottenstein Center). Parking available for a small fee.

Very poor quality toilet paper in the bathroom. Breakfast was average.

Location.. near restaurants, family, friends and easy to access freeway, OSU etc. Parking was easy, breakfast was decent, overall a good stay

They said they were going to clean rooms every other day but I had to get after them after the second day and they didn't even apologize.. we are paying for the service and they need to take that responsibility..

When I first got to the Home Inn and Suites, there were red SOLO and styrofoam cups rolling around the parking lot. I checked in and walked down the hallway to my room. Midway down the hall, the floor transitions from tile to carpet. The carpet holds a terrible odor that smells like smoke and mildew. The room was clean...enough. But when I got to the restroom the bottom of the tub was dirty and chipping. I walked past the front desk going back to my car and saw the clerk and a guest having a conversation regarding money for his occupancy, which led me to believe the gentleman is living there. I then saw the same guest talking to a woman who appeared to be a sex worker.
