Brand-new guesthouse within an occupied single-family villa with a private pool for guests’ exclusive use, located in a residential area away from traffic. The villa is situated at the foot of Mount Etna and just a few kilometers from both the sea and the city; guests can enjoy a barbecue and two terraces where they can dine outdoors and take in spectacular views of Mount Etna. The guesthouse features a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen-living room; all rooms are very bright and air-conditioned, with independent heating.

Rosanna is a superb Superhost who is attentive, friendly, very reachable throughout your stay. The Quintecita Villa is an ideal place from which to explore Catania and the Cyclopian coastline near Acitrezza or do some trekking up Mt. Etna. The guest apartment is very well-appointed and has everything you need, including ice cold A/C and a beatiful pool.
