Jen is very friendly and helpful. It is a very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. We stayed for 3 nights and felt comfortably, my partner loved watching free Netflix provided by Jen.
It could be better with washing machine, cause we travelled in summer with 3 nights stay, laundry service is a must.

The location was close to convivence store and the subway station. It was a big room and felt very relaxing and had a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly and polite, she answered questions and provided advice on places to eat. I felt very well looked after.
The instructions on how to get to the place were accurate and easy to follow.
