Le logement hyper bien et bien agencé, confortable et bien situé
Compliqué de communiquer avec le propriétaire par message qui parle que espagnol et un peu anglais et qui demande les numéros de pièces d'identités car en catalogne soit disant c'est obligatoire pour enregistrer les locataires sur le sol espagnol...

Piso bien distribuido, silencioso y cómodo, cuenta con todos los amenities necesarios. Buena ubicación a metros del centro
Sin parking, ojo! Que se encuentra en una zona en donde se debe solicitar autorización por matrícula para entrar aunque sea a descargar maletas. Sino, les llegará una multa. No cuenta con hervidor de agua. Sin TV cable, solo 4 canales abiertos

Apartamento cómodo con todo lo necesario. Muy buena ubicación.
Difícil el tema de aparcamiento al ser una zona céntrica, excepto los de pago. La llave de la puerta de la entrada principal se atasca.

Schlafsituation insgesamt. Matraze dünn und hart. Kleine Kopfkissen. Das Innere kneult. Fürs Doppelbett (1,60m) eine große schwere Decke. Badezimmer Heizlüfter ohne Funktion. Es zieht kaltluft durch das geschlosse Badezimmerfenster. Keine Heizmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer Raumtemperatur im Wohnbereich steigt kaum obwohl Klimaanlage auf 31 Grad steht. Imm Sommer alles kein Problem. Aber im Winter!
