A spacious, very clean one bedroom apartment with access to a large private sun terrace. It had all the necessary amenities plus satellite tv, dishwasher, washing machine and aircon throughout.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Spain. The apartment was equipped with everything that you might need for your stay with detergent for the washing machine and cleaning products to beach towels for the loungers. It was nice to have plenty of crockery and cutlery so that you don't need to constantly reuse the same ones and a kitchen large enough to prepare meals without feeling cramped. The outside area is very private and quiet and the pool 1 minute away down the path. There are no loungers around the pool but that was not an issue for us. The view from the huge patio is beautiful and awnings provide a good amount of shade during the day.A car is needed to get into the surrounding towns and to the shops but there is plenty of free parking at the apartment. We didn't struggle to park once. Overall, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Older, but well positioned apartment in a small gated complex. Check-in process was very transparent. Apartment was in quite good condition, renovated bathroom and updated kitchen with a mix of appliances. There was a couple of small issues, but most of them was addressed by ourselves or with cooperation with the owner, Daniela. Please remaind other guests to leave the washer and dishwasher opened, so they can naturally dry and not to build-up anything inside.The highlight of the property is the terrace, which provides ample of private outdoor space.Would we come back ? Definitely. Daniela has a small gem in Calahonda and we enjoyed it very much.*****, for sure !!!

The apartment was brilliant just as photos and the large sunny balcony was much appreciated. Lovely and quick contact with Daniela and welcome goodies were very thoughtful. Lovely area and we will be back to explore further. We walked a lot and used the bus or taxis when we needed to . Everyone we met were so gracious and helpful.

Apartment was clean and tidy and outside area was amazing, let down only by broken umbrella. Had a couple of issues which were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Daniella. Parking is an issue, especially if the block is full. Other that that enjoyable stay.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce très fonctionnel et très bien équipé avec une belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. La piscine n'ouvre qu'a partir de Pâques ce qui n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce dommage . Il faut prendre obligatoirement sa voiture pour aller en ville , la mer est à 10 mn de voiture. Mitten in der europaweit angespannten Lage in der Hauptferienzeit kurzfristig eine Ferienwohnung für 5 Tage und 2 Personen zu finden, das war die Herausforderung. Mit dem Apartment in Sitio de Calahonda gelang mir aber ein echter Glücksgriff. Sowohl die erste Kontaktaufnahme und Nachfragen zum Status während der Covid19-Maßnahmen wurden schnell und präzise beantwortet. Vor Ort angekommen nahmen die posituven Überraschungen nicht ab, nie zuvor habe ich ein so komplett ausgestattetes Ferienapartment vorgefunden. Da wir erst spät abends ankamen, war die Freude um so größer, als der Kühlschrank schon mit einer kompletten Frühstücksfüllung ausgestattet war. (Auch darüber hinaus ... oder trinken Sie schon Sangria zum Frühstück? *g*) Wie in den zutreffenden Kommentaren früherer Mieter beschrieben ist die Lage etwas absits aus meiner Sicht ein Gewinn. Bei der nah gelegenen Autobahn, die durch Schallschutzwände gut abgeschirmt ist, handelt es sich um den Maut-Abschnitt der AP7 ... kaum jemand nutzt diesen bereich, die brummen lieber kostenlos über die gut befahrene Gratis-Variante die knapp 3 Kilometer entfernt liegt. Also überhaupt kein Thema im Apartment. Wie gesagt, die komplette Ausstattung war der Hammer ... von der gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage über die tolle Terrasse bis zum Swinning-Pool, Bügelbrett und Parkplatz. Im Pingel-Modus betrachtet hätte sich lediglich mein "Prinz auf der Erbse"-Rücken über eine zusätzliche Gelschaum-Auflage der Matratze gefreut. Ok, das ist jetzt wirklich etwas an den Haaren herbeigezogen aber ich möchte nicht als Jubel-Perser bezeichnet werden :-) An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank an Frau Wenk für die jederzeit verfügbare aber doch diskrete Betreuung!

Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig und abseits von allem, so dass ein Auto auf jeden Fall erforderlich ist. Die Küche ist mit sämtlichen Utensilien ausgestattet, die man gebrauchen könnte und der gefüllte Kühlschrank bei meiner Ankunft war Gold wert. Die Sonne scheint fast den gesamten Tag auf den Balkon. Es waren super Tage dort.

Vor der Ankunft hatten wir bereits um 2 Bettdecken gebeten, die wir auch bekommen haben :) Der Kühlschrank war bereits mit einigen Lebensmitteln und Getränken gefüllt, was wir total nett fanden, da man nicht gleich wieder zum einkaufen los musste. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Am schönsten für uns war aber die tolle Terrasse!! Der Blick zum Meer ist einfach super. Wenn man keine Lust hat, selber etwas zum Essen zu machen, kann man zu Fuß in ein Restaurant gehen, dass nur ein paar Minuten weg ist. Wir haben uns, dank der netten Vermieterin, total wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen :)

Am 13. März hatten wir unsere Silberhochzeit und haben uns dafür dieses Domizil ausgesucht und wurden wirklich nicht enttäuscht. In dieser Anlage fühlt man sich sicher, man hat einen tollen Ausblick, es ist alles sehr sauber, man hat einen gefüllten Kühlschrank im Appartement , eine nette und kompetente Vermieterin und einen perfekten Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen. Wenn man einen ungestörten, stressfreien Urlaub verbringen möchte ist man hier richtig aufgehoben. Das sehr gut ausgestattete, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere Appartement garantiert eine gute Erholung. Die Appartementanlage ist relativ klein und ruhig gelegen. Die nahe gelegene Tunneleinfahrt der Autobahn stört überhaupt nicht. Der Full Service ist tatsächlich so wie beschrieben, der Urlaub fängt am Flughafen an und hört dort wieder auf. Man wird abgeholt und wieder weggebracht, wenn nötig, wie bei uns, auch mitten in der Nacht. Der erste Einkauf, inklusive gekühlter Getränke ist bereits im Kühlschrank und alles für den Strand ist auch vorhanden. Wir können das Angebot nur empfehlen und haben das auch schon gemacht.

Es war rundum ein super erholsamer Urlaub, dank der tollen Vermieter! Alles war so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.Super Abhol-und Bringservice, sehr gute und liebevolle Erstausstattung im Kühlschrank!!! Alles sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei der Ankunft stand wie versprochen, der Wagen schon vor der Tür. Sodass wir damit die nahe gelegenen Strände und Restaurants bequem erreichen konnten. Auch haben wir schöne Ausflüge unternommen, z.B. nach Malaga, Ronda und Marbella. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für Alles;-)) Wir kommen wieder!

Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben und für 2 Personen optimal. Die Fewo ist modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse groß und mit schönen Blick auf die Küste. Den Pool haben wir jeden Morgen genutzt. Der Service vor Ort ist super. Wir wurden pünktlich am Flughafen abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht. Der Mietwagen stand auch pünktlich zur Verfügung. Da die Fewo vor und nach uns nicht unmittelbar vermietet war, konnten wir schon am Vormittag in die Wohnung. Am Tag der Abreise fuhr uns der Vermieter noch zum Strand, später konnten wir uns in der Fewo in Ruhe fertig machen, am frühen Abend fuhr uns der Vermieter zum Flughafen, maximale Auslastung, was will man mehr?!

Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben ,bekamen sehr gute Tips,im Ferienhaus gab es eine Infomappe und Kartenmaterial,der Urlaub begann Stressfrei mit der Ankunft am Flughafen und einem freundlichen Empfang. Das Appartment ist freundlich,modern und mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht ( der gefüllte Kühlschrank,eingeschlossen) ausgestattet und bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für viele Freizeitaktivitäten jeglicher Art. Zwei schöne, saubere, geräumige nebeneinander liegende Appartements mit großen Terrassen bescherten uns und unseren Freunden drei wunderbare Wochen. Qualität und Service, Preis und Leistung optimal. Dieses Feriendomizil kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Der Service ist einfach "Spitze". Schon am Flughafen abgeholt zu werden ist toll, ein Taxi würde ca. 50-60€ kosten. Wir hatten einen Regentag und haben uns Gedanken gemacht, wie wir trockenen Fußes an das Auto kommen. Aber beim verlassen der Wohnung stand ein Regenschirm vor der Tür, mit einem lieben Gruß. Wir hatten wirklich einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub dank dem tollen Service und dem schönen Appartement. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße nach Calahonda von dibaha
