A lovely bungalow bedroom in the gardens complete with a floor window to watch the fish and a small opening to feed them. Good air con. Comfy beds. Tidy and clean. Lovely staff. Short walk to Buffalo cave. What more could you ask for?

One of the best accommodations we stayed at in Vietnam. It was very clean and within walking distance of one of the main attractions in town. You can also hire a bicycle and easily ride around the area, or take a Grab to the main street in less than 6 minutes. Breakfast was good, with a mix of Western options, fresh fruit, and traditional dishes. A special mention to the staff, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We even had a situation where one of the staff members was on his break, but when he saw that we needed help, he immediately came over to assist us. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Tan Coc

We booked the villa on the water but got a room next to swimming pool instead. The room was okayish and not value for what we paid.the staffs communicated good and the spa service was average. The breakfast options were good and location is walkable to the pagoda. But you definitely need a transport for mua caves and trang an river.
