This holiday property offers its guests ample space for relaxation and for enjoying contact with nature, playing or simply for entertainment.

It is the ideal ambience in which to enjoy a restorative holiday: sunbathing while the children sleep, reading in the shade of the roofed veranda, enjoying a fine Tuscan wine at sunset, admiring the stars. The garden is a green area with colourful flowers, shaded by pine trees, a pleasure for young and old.

As soon as the doors of the lift open, one is greeted by a large area of greenery, followed by views of the hills of the Maremma nature park, the Argentario peninsula and the islands. One breathes the fresh air of the pine forest, accompanied by birdsong.

Next to that are the bar and the reception, which are open until the evening. Since 1986 the holiday property has been run by the owners directly, who live on site throughout the summer season to tend to guests.

Under the roofed veranda one can have breakfast outdoors in the fresh air, spend an evening in good company, or simply relax while the children play in the adjacent playground. The TV lounge, with garden views, has a TV, Internet point, small library, entertainment and children’s games.
