The staff is friendly and always try to make it a great experience, the room is comfortable, AC bed and bathroom are good. The pool when I got the opportunity was filled with people wearing unproper suits for pool (jeans, shorts and t-shirts). Breakfast was good, with three options.
We had a terrible experience of people out of the Hotel throwing a party at the pool, shouting loud, loud music, wearing t-shirts, jeans shorts inside the pool, which is in the middle of the bedrooms, I was with a toddler that needs to nap during the afternoon and it was a nightmare to put her to sleep and she woke up crying afraid of the loud music.
