Trullo Innamorato

The host, Valentina, was very helpful with everything. Good communication through WhatsApp. The trullo is very nicely renovated. And with the pool and the big garden, very relaxing. It is close to the historical city center. You can keep the car at the trullo and walk about 20 minutes. Valentina also provided many presents (local pastry, local pasta, sweets, bathroom supplies, ...).

For tall people, the trullo can be painful to the head if you're not paying attention ;) Due to some humidity in this old trullo, pill bugs were walking around in the evening in the rooms. Nevertheless, the trullo was very clean, and the pill bugs are harmless.

Lovely accommodation, pool and outside areas were superb. Great to have two bathrooms.

The trullo is so calm and peaceful. It is decorated beautifully. The beds are extremely comfortable, including the bench/sofa bed. There is air con in the bedrooms which was brilliant in the hot and humid weather and the pool likewise was much used and enjoyed by us all (2 adults, 2 teens). We enjoyed the many different outside seating areas for when we wanted sun or shade. There is a lot of lovely outdoor space. You feel very secluded in a rural setting, then 20 min walk down the road you are in the heart of Ostuni city - this was perfect for us. We were an easy 30-40 min drive away from Alberobello and Grotteglie which we visited and 15 min drive from excellent beaches. Valentina was an excellent host, checking in on us by message and being extremely helpful, but giving us all the space we needed. She had left us snacks, wine and toiletries to enjoy. We absolutely loved our stay and are sad to now be home!

De plek is fantastisch! Mooie omgeving en een heel bijzondere architectuur.

Wij hadden het meeste uitgekeken naar deze locatie. De plek is fantastisch alleen wat er stond beschreven dat er een hottub aanwezig zou zijn bleek in eens niet het geval. Ook is er geen ontbijt aanwezig wat je wel zou verwachten voor de prijs. Binnen liepen allemaal torretjes of andere dieren en een airco lekte. De douche heeft een mega kleine straal en werd niet warm op een plek. We hadden een contactloze incheck en vroegen nog hoe en wat met het ontbijt smorgens. Er werd aangeven dat we rustig konden ontbijten en dan vertrekken. Check out was 10 uur en om 11 uur kregen we ineens een bericht waar ben je en je moet nog betalen op locatie. Hoe kan dat als je niemand hebt gezien. Beetje gek. Al met al veel geld voor een mooie locatie met minder faciliteiten.
