About this house rental

This townhouse is located in a 12 unit complex on the beach. It is just steps from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy this cozy comfortable townhome for a long weekend or week long family vacation. The views of the gulf from the master bedroom are breathtaking. At night the stars shine over head as you relax on the deck off the master bedroom. There is room for 2 cars to park under the townhome and easy access to the laundry room on the carport level. Take time and cook your own meals or walk a few blocks to local restaurants. You can get up in the morning and walk to a coffee shop 2 blocks away. Relax and enjoy the beach

We had a great stay. Nice unit for small families with super easy access to the beach! The beach was never crowded and it was easy to set up chairs without the hassle of having to be out there too early. Easy to come and go throughout the day. We would definitely stay again!

Communication with the owners was very good. They did check in to make sure all was good or if we needed anything. The place was clean and had all items we needed. The ocean view and listening to the ocean from the balcony was perfect. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available and in good shape. Thank you!

This was our first time visiting 30A and we had an absolute blast. The house is a 1 minute walk to the beach, which was amazing for my family. You have a partial ocean view from both balconies which was a super relaxing bonus. There is a parking spot provided, so no need to worry about looking for parking. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets we needed. Leila was also very easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend

The property was clean with a 2nd row view of the ocean from 2 decks. The property is equipped with everything we needed including a washer and dryer and was close to groceries and restaurants. It’s not fancy or updated but worked out well.

We were so excited to come back a 2nd time and even brought some neighbors with us, but we ended up being so embarrassed that we brought them there to stay. The townhouse was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was so much dust and dander and matted up blonde hair all upstairs in the master bedroom and bath. There were even roaches and small bugs crawling around during our stay. The top bunk bed in 2nd bdrm was not sleepable bc the railing would not hook on so it was a falling hazard. One of the kids could have really hurt themselves if they would have fallen off in the middle of the night. We had to have a kid sleep on an air mattress downstairs bc of the top bunk issue and I saw a roach crawling out under the air mattress right before they were going to bed. It was gross. There were also smaller dead bugs in the living room against the couch and upstairs in master along tv cabinet. I have pics but owner wasn’t interested in seeing them. The wadded up blonde hair everywhere was pretty gross too. I’m really frustrated bc we paid a cleaning fee and right away walking up the entry stairs I started hacking and clearing my throat so I knew it was immediately dust and danger. With the price hike and what we were expecting it was a total game changer in where we will stay when we come back. It was embarrassing to talk it up to our friends that we brought and then it be filthy & have to go buy an air mattress to have one of the kids sleep on for safety reasons.

Can’t be the proximity to the beach and balcony views. Even during storms the balcony is a great place to sit. Host was extremely communicative and helpful. Bed in secondary room was highly uncomfortable to a point the person opted for the couch however that would be the lone complaint. House has a very well appointed kitchen with everything one could need.

Complex is older but in a great location right next to Inlet Beach public access. Beach wasn’t overly crowded…even on spring break. Unit was not directly on beach but on 2nd row corner so you could still see the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked as well as towels in bathrooms. The condo was clean, but definitely needs dusting on baseboards, corners and under furniture. It’s a comfortable place but could use some updating; especially bunk bed bed spreads. Ice maker did not work but it wasn’t a big deal for us. The pull out sofa was covered by plywood so it wasn’t easy to work. We actually didn’t even end up trying. Other than those small things I would definitely book here again.

The location of this property is excellent. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would consider staying here again. However, there is significant cosmetic ceiling damage in the dining room/living space and the furnishings in the living space are worn and dated. The sofa pillows are old, slightly soiled and need to be replaced. If there were updated furnishings in the living space, it would so much nicer. Everything else was clean and in order.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and had all the accommodations you could want. Specifically, having beach chairs, toys, etc. available was really nice. The distance to the beach is incredible and having two balconies to enjoy the beach views from after the kiddos were in bed was awesome. We can't wait to come back. Just a note for parents: if you have kiddos that want to watch something on streaming services (Disney+ for example) you'll need to bring your own Roku or Google TV/Chromecast since there's no smart TV's. Not a big deal at all. We ended up just purchasing a $40 Google TV device from Walmart for the week, and it worked perfectly!

Leila was great! She was responsive to all types of communications. The view of the water from the living room balcony is stunning. It has a high table with a couple of high chairs to look at the beach entrance. Two minute walk max to the water from the front door of the condo and you’re in the water. Be sure to set up your stuff on the beach before others take your desired spot so leave your chairs and umbrellas early, leave it and then come back. Otherwise either other people or the chairs and umbrella company will take first dip. But if you don’t you just set up behind. The water is gorgeous, with stunning sunsets. The condo AC is super cold. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms and each with a queen bed which is a treat. One of the bedrooms also has a set of bunk beds. We had plenty of towels. The kitchen is fully stocked, with condiments and all kinds of spices, trash bags, etc. There are all basic kitchen gadgets, including keurig machine, refillable kcups plus complimentary kcups. We actually donated a few for the next guests. There is also a coffee maker. The condo has its own W/D and dishwasher, etc. Shaded parking space fits two cars and with shade. There you’ll find chairs and umbrella. We plan on coming back! Thank you so much Leila for making our 8 day stay pleasurable and restful.

Located just steps away from the beach, this condo provided the perfect beach get away. The condo offers a view of the ocean from the den, upstairs and downstairs balcony and the master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was very clean. The decor is dated but that didn't matter to us at all. The condo is conveniently located near Publix and Destin Ice Seafood Market. Beach access is very easy and wasn't too crowded. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas but beach service is available.

We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. Even though you are on the second row, you have a view of the ocean and can hear the waves all day!! It is an awesome location and we loved having covered parking for our vehicle and belongings. Friendly people all around the neighborhood. We enjoyed being close enough to go shopping but not be in the busy town with extra people and traffic. Everything you need for the stay is here but the food! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beach retreat with us!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved the very short walk to the beach. We had coffee on the second floor deck, which is very well shaded, every morning . When people began to show up we would take our chairs and umbrella down and stake our claim on a section of sand; then return to the condo to prepare for the day. The property is very clean and well maintained. All the appliances are in good condition and there are plenty of utensils for your needs. Having parking in the shade is definite plus. The only negative comment would be in regards to the ironing board. It was in pretty bad shape and difficult to get the legs to extend. While using it the board collapsed to the floor along with iron which came very close to the striking my foot which could have resulted in a burn or broken bones. We did leave the board on the bed with a note to cleaning crew that it needed to be replaced. Having said that we would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.
