About this house rental
Large and luxury villa with 8 bedrooms 7 bathrooms, lots of family areas and a private pool, spa, game room and movie room you will feel so relaxed and worry free. Enjoy Floridas atmosphere in the best place to be. The location is amazing, very close and convenient access to most important vacation stops. We offer high speed internet for those who work from home and a fully equipped kitchen for the Chefs that are always ready to serve, the floor plan is open and perfect for entertaining. If you need anything during your stay count on our 24 hour host ready to do anything to accommodate your needs inside a charming and gated community in the heart of Kissimmee.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. This house fits up to 3 cars in the driveway and there is overflow parking in various areas around neighborhood. But street parking is not allowed in some spots.
***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)
**PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

It was an excellent stay the neighborhood was perfect and house it self was beautiful. Wish we had more dishes to use. A vacuum cleaner would be helpful and a better broom to sweep with. The TV’s was okay while using them just a little internet lagging connection. For the most part I enjoyed myself and all of my guests most importantly.

The home was spacious and just as advertised. I stayed with my family ages 13 and up. The home was close to Disney in a nice neighborhood and clean. I would suggest however to provide wash cloths to bathe, bath soap and a bath mat or towel to keep the floors dry after a bath. A few laundry pods would have been nice too.

The property was as advertised. We had an internet issue and once emailed to management they were there in less than 5 minutes. Awesome service. We will be returning soon.

That refrigerator was broken. The Jets from the pool for the Jacuzzi was out. The light bulb for the pool was dim lights my family couldn’t enjoy the pool nor the jacuzzi. The tv’s in the rooms wasn’t working no broom or mop to clean the house. Our food got spoiled due to the refrigerator went out the first night. No comforter on the bed but they did have a thrower for u to cover up with. Open the door to the pool room the knob comes off need more pool sticks can’t play pool with the tips not on the stick.
