You’ll enjoy a gorgeous master bedroom suite with a flat-screen TV, sliding glass doors to the pool, private bath, and a new king-sized bed.
The second bedroom is fit for the queen with cable connected smart TV, a private bath and large king bed.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, and fourth bedroom has two twin beds, cable connected smart TV’s and there’s a full bath in the hall that supports these two bedrooms.
You’ll enjoy a spacious family room with 52” TV and sliding glass doors to the pool.
Cook your own meals in and save money in your extra-large and a spacious eat-in kitchen complete with all new appliances, oak cabinets, a breakfast bar, and dining table!
Ready for a late night swim? Your gorgeous private pool is caged and backs up to a forest nature preserve for the utmost privacy. You’ll be enjoying the Florida sunshine and having the time of your lives in this wonderful, private home.

Everything was excellent. There was never a problem reaching the owner, who was absolutely there to help if we needed anything! Great location and a quiet area! We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee at Tim's place. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, it accommodated our family and it was a short commute to Disney (although there is a fair amount of traffic to navigate through...but that's to be expected). We heated the pool and it was just the right temperature. Tim was very responsive to any of our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

What a find this villa was, had everything we needed and more , more spacious than the photos gave it credit for and such a modern feel. Loved the pool and the huge supply of towels at the door. Was a real home from home and we felt safe during Hurricane Ian when we had to stay in for two days and nice to have Tim and Lisa check on us via email whilst this was going on. Lovely to see the wildlife in the trees most mornings from the pool area. Would definitely recommend this villa we had a great time 🥰
