Located in a quiet area and only about 100 m away from one of the most renowned Italian lakes, this newly renovated apartment guarantees a relaxing stay in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Garda. The 85 ㎡ apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, and cable TV. Wake up in the morning with a hot cup of coffee and relax in your private garden, situated at the rear of the property. The breathtaking view over the lake can be enjoyed from the balcony.
The balcony features a vertical retractable awning for sun protection; please note that when fully lowered, it may partially reduce the lake view. You can also organize meals to enjoy in the fresh air during the warmer evenings. The nearest beach, Lido Brancolino, is only a 7-minute drive away (5 km). The nearest bar is 250 m away, and a wide range of bars, cafés, and restaurants can be reached within 4 minutes by car (2 km) in the center of Torri del Benaco. Visit the Castello Scaligero and take a walk through the beautiful and typical north-Italian town center.
The property has a garage available for parking. Guests can drive directly to the apartment entrance to unload luggage or drop off guests with reduced mobility before parking in the garage. An alternative path around the property without stairs is also available. Bed linens and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed.

Pros: Die Lage vom Haus und der Blick auf den Gardasee
Cons: Zufahrt zum Haus und die Beschilderung von der Hauptstraße aus. Das Haus war schlecht zum Finden.

Pros: Exzellente Lage, nette Vermieterin, problemlose Verständigung. Traumhafter Blick auf den See.
Cons: Die Zufahrt ist wirklich sehr schwierig. Die Vermieterin sollte bereits in die Ausschreibung Angaben dazu machen, wo die kleine Via Fornare genau abgeht und dass diese enge, steile, kurvige Straße in einem grauenhaften, erbärmlichen Zustand ist (mehr große Schlaglöcher als geteerte Anteile). Sie sollte die Elektrik der Garagenzufahrt und das Garagentor reparieren lassen. Es macht keine Freude, jeden Tag von Neuem mit den technischen Mängeln zu tun zu haben.
Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet, ggf. auch für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, aber keinesfalls für 6 Personen.

Pros: Vom Wasser war es nicht sehr weit weg. Das war gut.
Cons: Wenn man auf diesen Zeitraum angewiesen ist, muss man einen teuren Preis zahlen. Aber okay das ist überall so.
