Overall a very nice Villa but needs a few improvements. The way that the AC’s in the entire house work is strange because in the kitchen & living room area you can set the thermostat to automatic fan speed but it never turns off. In all otherbedrooms you don’t even have the option for automatic fan speed, only slow medium fast or so. What’s also wired that the thermostats will only display the target temperature and not the current temperature. So that being said the AC fans are running 24/7. I also expected at that price that we would have all German HD TV stations but that’s not the case, I even offered to pay extra but still no. The last item is the refrigerator in the kitchen which is way to small for like us a party of 8 people. Aida did a great job, so I don’t only want to complain.
