We are THE perfect luxury listing on the east side of the Big Island! A quick distance to black sand beaches, waterfalls, Volcano National Park and charming Hilo town.

Start your day by peacefully awakening to the beauty of the sunrise that pours through the skylights into your luxurious master suite. Take a stroll around the grounds, look for tropical plants and notice how many birds you will see. Sit by the waterfall ponds and truly appreciate the beauty of the sun rising out of the ocean. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast out on the lanai. During winter season you may even see whales breaching or a pod of dolphins playing! Plan a day trip to see the volcano, tour the waterfalls or visit our local black sand beach. Come afternoon, curl up in the hammock overlooking the ocean and read a book or let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. Take an afternoon dip in the saltwater pool. To thoroughly enjoy your time at our unique property -the possibilities are endless! Complete the perfect day at your own private lava rock beach roasting marshmallows by fire.

Our beautiful home has recently been completely updated and renovated. Almost everything is brand new. We boast the most gorgeous koa, mango, and monkey pod wood throughout the entire home. A lava rock fireplace graces the majestic entry into the great room and kitchen.
Our guests always say the same thing when they leave; they wish they had spent more time at the house versus going on excursions!
Bedroom 1: A luxurious Cal King master suite with TV, jacuzzi jet tub and shower. Access to ocean view lanai and saltwater pool.
Bedroom 2: King suite with ocean view, TV, attached bathroom and upgraded shower
Pocket Door separates Bedroom 2 from Downstairs loft room
Downstairs Loft: Spiral staircase leads down from main living room to twin over full bunkbeds. Ocean view, air hockey and TV.
Bedroom 3: Queen suite with attached bath and shower. Located on same floor as Bedroom 2 and downstairs loft. Separate keyed entrance. Ocean view, TV, and private bathroom with a shower. Private from rest of the home. Ocean view.

Big Island Paradise is located in the lush and tropical Puna district of East Hawaii. It is the perfect base for day trips to Volcano National Park, swimming beaches and turtle lagoons in Hilo and the beautiful Hamakua Coast waterfalls.

*Please be aware this property is not well suited for very small children due to pools, ponds, ocean cliffs, etc.
*The pool is about 4.5/5 ft deep across
*We have excellent WIFI and boosters throughout the home so working on vacation (though we don’t recommend) or online schooling can be easily accomplished
*Newly installed AC units keep the bedrooms cool in the evening. Temperatures are automatically set to a comfortable degree and provide much relief from island humidity -a luxury most vacation homes on the island do not have
*Hilo airport approximately 25 minutes away
*Unfortunately we cannot accommodate weddings, parties or large family gatherings
*Oceanview Billiard room access with air conditioning, smart TV and poker is available, please inquire with the owner

If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful estate, with a private pool, this is it! The property is about an hour away from the Kilauea Vocano, and, on the rain-forest side of the island. The kitchen is well-equipped, plus there is a BBQ, and a fireplace too for roasting marshmallows. The main bedroom is on the first floor, and the other sleeping areas on the lower floor. We highly recommend this home for those who want to get away from all the tourists in Lona-Kailua!

This property is truly a dream getaway right on the ocean. My husband, children, and I loved the privacy, tranquility, and natural beauty of the space. The ponds and waterfalls created such a relaxing atmosphere—we especially enjoyed sitting by them with a cup of coffee and a good book in the mornings.The amenities were fantastic. The kids had a blast playing air hockey, while we enjoyed spending time in the billiards room. We also loved relaxing by the pool, and the shallow depth made it especially enjoyable for our son.The home itself is stunning, with beautiful woodwork throughout that gives it a unique character you don’t often find. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed and well cared for.Jim and Meagan were wonderful hosts—friendly, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we had a question.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had an amazing stay and would gladly return in the future!

Amazing stay and a must book if you are wanting to a gorgeous house in a quiet neighborhood on the ocean. We had a time finding the final bedroom since we arrived at night, but other than that, the property was amazing. Extra props on the having AC in the rooms, although you don't really need it at night,
