Location and the rooms. Great views from the various villas. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Overall there is lots of open space for kids to play.
Special call out for Hera as she helped us coordinate many things during our stay. Many thanks to her.
Internet was choppy. Food got boring as we were eating two meals everyday for a few days. For those with a car service eating at Tam Son town occasionally is a good alternative to hotel food.

We loved everything about this stay! As soon as we got to the resort we were greeted and checked in very quickly after a good day riding on the bikes. Sue to the size of the place, you had to call to get a buggy to each location like the pool, restaurant and your room, arrived quickly and was a lovely drive looking at the views. The infinity pool was absolutely stunning! All staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were lovely and cute everything we needed with great views.

The overall setting was really nice
Msny services were not avsilsble (e.g. masssge) because of low season. But this was not mentioned when booking.
When we arrived at breakfast, well within schedule, there was hardly anything left.
Oversll the personel was not helpful nor responsive, very unususl for Vietnam
