A new, luxurious holiday home in the coastal town of Wiseka. The house is furnished in a nautical style. It offers a high level of comfort and consists of a well-equipped kitchen that fulfils all the expectations of demanding guests. At your disposal is also a bright living room with dining room, 3 bedrooms, hallway, 2 bathrooms and a utility room. The whole house has underfloor heating. The living room opens onto a terrace with comfortable garden furniture, a swimming pool and a barbecue area where you can relax after an eventful day. The property has a portable air purifier. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the utility room. The sea, the lake and many places of interest are in the immediate vicinity.
