Situated in a private triangle roadway, this grouping of condos overlooks the community resort pool and racquet courts, offering privacy and convenience on your next trip to Destin.
Newly remodeled, unit 11 is sure to impress. Cabana by the “Zea” is drenched in greys, whites, and muted blues. This beach sanctuary has comfy furnishings, updated appliances, and space for the entire family. Whether you’re looking for a snowbird rental or want to take the family on a fun vacation, Seascape Golf Villas are the perfect option.
Located on the second floor, you’ll walk into a beautifully remodeled kitchen with white cabinetry, gorgeous countertops, and seating for the entire family. An open concept dining area offers an 8-person dining table with added seating at the breakfast bar. From here, access your private balcony through sliding glass doors with more seating to enjoy a great meal. You can also access the balcony from the living room which features a large couch and a flat screen TV for cozy movie nights. With vaulted ceilings throughout and beachy décor, you’ll feel relaxed in no time.
The condo offers 3 bedrooms, sleeping 10 comfortably, with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master has an en suite bath with tub/shower combo, and there is a hall bath with walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have been recently updated with new cabinetry, beautiful countertops, and modern fixtures.
Perhaps the best part of this vacation haven is your very own golf cart! Since you’re just off of the Scenic 98 highway, you can take your personal golf cart to the beach. A quick .4 mile ride takes you to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. Pack some sunscreen, grab a few beach items from the complimentary stash, and spend the day soaking in the sun. (This golf cart is not to be taken across Hwy 98.)
While you’re tucked away in a tropical paradise, the Scenic 98 Highway can take you anywhere you want to go. Hungry? We liked the neighborhood a lot, the apartment was nice, clean and updated. It is directly in front of the pool and pickleball courts. Only downsides were, the AC woudn't get below 75 during the day, it was only 90 outside. Also the refrigerator barely worked so we had to keep all of our drinks in the coolers and buy ice every day.

Condo was very nice overall. There were a few hiccups during our stay that could have been avoided with some better communication. First of all we didn’t have a parking pass available and I had to call and have it delivered. Second the golf cart although nice was not available to us the first day due to it needing a code to start, which we were not provided. We checked in on a Sunday so communication was very slow and unresponsive to get any info regarding pass and cart. It was all taken care of by the second day and Regent was very good at making sure we were taken care of because of the inconveniences. The condo overall was very nice and updated. It was clean and perfect for our family of 4 and even would have nicely fit 3-4 more if needed. The one complaint we have about the accommodations was the clothes dryer. It would not heat up and did not dry the clothes very well. We were told by a neighbor this was a complaint from past renters also. Overall very happy with everything after the initial issues and would definitely rent again, especially for the added golf cart!
