Old, stone 2 floor house above the sea-Najka

The view of the sea is stunning and probably the best in all of Pisak. Accordingly, the balcony upstairs was our favorite place. The house comes fully equipped, combined kitchen/living room, small bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, which was great for us (mother and adult son), as we each had our own bedroom. Najka and her family live right across the street, so help and good advice are never far away. They helped us with the luggage on the first day, had Napoletanke and a wine ready for us. For the entire stay, living in Najka's house felt like visiting the Croatian aunt you didn't know you had. Thanks, dear Najka, for opening your home and your heart to us!

Pisak's charm is that there are no hotels. That is so because the streets are narrow and steep. Najka's house is right in the old village center where the car-free alleys are even narrower and steeper than in the rest of the village. Parking is as good as it can get - which means it is still a nightmare. So is walking if you are mobility-impaired. It's an old house, several hundred years old: the shower clogs fast, the bathroom is small, the stove runs on gas, the internet on a mobile SIM and the wooden stairs squeak. No easy or quick fix for either. And Najka and her family live right across the street, so you actually meet them regularly, sitting in front of their home. We were aware of all this and came, even because of it. For people who prefer more anonymity, more modern amenities, faster internet, broader streets, more convenient parking etc. there may be better options. Please don't blame it on Najka or her house, just be aware before you book!

Je to úžasné místo přímo nad mořem. Snídáte a přitom pozorujte moře. Velmi milá hostitelka.Stary dům nese svou historii,o níž nám majitelka vyprávěla.Moc se tu líbilo i našim dětem.

Huset är ett 600 år gammalt stenhus. Otroligt mysigt boende med mycket charm. Det ligger alldeles vid havet och man somnar gott till vågornas brus. Utsikten är så fin med det turkosa vattnet som glittrar och båtar som puttrar förbi. Ägarna till huset bor nära och dem är så fina och hjälpsamma. Dem värnar om sina gäster och vill att vi ska trivas och gör allt för att vistelsen hos dem ska bli så bra som möjligt. Rekommenderas stark om ni vill bo i ett typiskt kroatiskt gammalt hus med mycket charm och fint läge.

Ale to nejdem písať že s nami bývalá aj jašterica , a klimatizáciu by sa zišlo vymeniť za novú . 👍
