Green Silence - Anja

We had a 2 week holiday touring around Montenegro and this was our final destination. We stayed here for 2 nights in August with our two boys and enjoyed it very much. Jelena and Vladimir are lovely hosts, extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped us sort out our COVID tests in Podgorica, and when there was an issue with our wifi they sorted it out straight away. We also enjoyed chatting with them over a few glasses of good red wine from their surrounding vineyard. We stayed in the upstairs apartment which is clean, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is air conditioned. We found the bedroom a bit warmer, however. It was a beautiful space to spend a few days. The garden is lovely with far reaching views over the surrounding hills. You can eat the grapes and fresh figs straight from the vines and trees and they were delicious. There is a small swimming pool which our boys really enjoyed. The property is within easy access to Podgorica and the airport and within reach of the coast and Skadar Lake for day trips. There is a decent restaurant down the road and a large supermarket not far away in Danilovgrad. Montenegro is a beautiful country to explore and we would definitely recommend this property.
