About this house rental
Newly renovated fully furnished 3 bedroom basement apartment located in Brampton. The space is very private and comes with a separate entrance. This apartment is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities that you require for a comfortable stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking on the driveway.
Guests have access to the entire apartment which includes private: 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Guests also have access to the backyard, which includes a BBQ grill and a private BBQ area
- Unless pre-approved by us, unregistered guests are not allowed in the Suite at any time. *We will try to be accommodating where possible if a request is made with reasonable advanced notice.* If unregistered guests stay in the Suite, a $100 fee will be assessed per person. and reservation will end without refund, payments will be deducted from damage deposit.
- No smoking inside the place. If you do smoke in the house there will be a $300 extra charge and you will have to vacate the property.
-No unauthorized parties, a $300 charge would apply and the reservation would end without refund
- Our check-out time is 12 PM. Unless prearranged with us all guests agree that any guest who has not vacated the suite by 12 PM will be assessed a $100 late check-out fee and expected to leave immediately.
- If you happen to accidentally break something please let us know as soon as possible so we may replace or repair it for the next guest.

This rental is spacious, private and mostly very clean (tile floors were a little sticky). Showers are great! Kitchen has a great refrigerator, dishwasher and stove but it needs more & better tools. The one skillet is old and is difficult to cook with. Beds are comfortable although they do not have top sheets which is out of the ordinary for us. We had read this is a prior review so we brought our own top sheets so problem solved. We needed fresh bath towels and more toilet paper during our stay and the owner was quick to provide what was needed. The patio is very private and relaxing and a great place to view wildlife (a family of robins and a bunny visited during our stay).

The rental is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. Beautiful outdoor covered patio. It is very private . Found the kitchen could be stocked better, have bare minimum for cooking. There were no top sheets on the beds! Just a comforter which I did not like. Also, no tea towels or dish cloths and very minimum bath towels. Overall the rental is spacious, comfortable and very private. The owner was good to communicate with, just feel that could be equipped a bit better and it would be nice to have better linens on the bed with a top flat sheet!

I have mixed feelings about this place. The only positive is that the host was responsive and quickly provided items when asked.Unfortunately, the property itself was in poor condition. The beds were so uncomfortable my elderly parents were in pain. The headboard was peeling leather that left bits all over us, the flooring looked worn and dark, and there were no wardrobes. Cleaning supplies were almost nonexistent and had to purchase more, the mop provided was old and the toilet brush was so bad which is unacceptable when no cleaning service is included.Yes, one bathroom looked partially renovated, but overall the rooms felt run-down and neglected. My parents wanted to leave early, and my partner and I also couldn’t wait to check out. Out of all the rentals I’ve stayed in, this was by far the most disappointing.Advice to the host: this is a business, invest in basic repairs, comfortable beds, proper wardrobes, and decent cleaning supplies. Right now, the living conditions simply aren’t acceptable.
