Very cozy cabin in a wooded neighborhood! The living area was very pleasant. The kitchen is very nice and functional. We felt right at home and had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend it. The check in/out was simple and the property manager was responsive to questions. Thank you!

We booked this cabin only 2 days before our stay. Was surprised to get such a wonderful place. We stayed 3 nights. It's only 25 minutes from the West entrance to Yellowstone. Very spacious, full kitchen if you want to cook. We only did breakfast there, but if cooking is what you want to do, there is a fully stocked kitchen. We did laundry there. I brought my own laundry detergent and i didn't see any there, but i really didn't look. Getting there is a little rough as the roads have a few pot holes, just go slow. Do use the directions they post on the email. Much easier to find as the number is on the tree facing the way they send you. Also, after we knew where we were going, we tried it with GPS and it sent us the wrong way. When we first arrived, the light in the bedroom kept flickering, i texted the number to tell them about , they got right back to me and sent maintenance right over to fix it. I was impressed. That was the only thing amiss. Just an FYI. The bathroom is off the main bedroom, so if you have multiple people everyone uses that bathroom. So just be aware you might have visitors in the middle of the night. No biggie, just another FYI. If we were ever coming back to Yellowstone, I would for sure book this again. If you go into town for breakfast, don't go to the Running Bear Pancake House. Wasn't that good. If you want a delicious dinner, go to Hank's Chop Shop. On the pricey side but well worth it!!!

The listing for this property does not convey how dated it is. Also, there was pet hair on linens in a property that does not allow pets. Bathroom towels were probably washed, but not completely dried since they were damp. The shower was not clean and had mildew growing in it. The shower pressure ranges from great to a trickle, even without water turned on other places. If you are a larger person or have long legs, then you'll have difficulty with the toilet's proximity to the sink. On the bright side, you can wash your hands before getting off the toilet lol. The lighting is VERY dim in the entire cabinet. The lamp next to the queen bed broke on the 2nd night, so we had to get another light in order to read. There is a lot of clutter too. You have to be careful not to lose your belongings amongst the owners things. On a positive note, the location is removed from the busyness of West Yellowstone, yet not a bad drive to the Park. The washer and dryer are older, but in my opinion older washers wash better than new ones. I've stayed in VRBOs all over the country, and this is the first one that was not as i expected based on the listing. I'm sure this would be great for a group on a fishing or hunting getaway.
