* Peaceful and rural setting * One particular member of staff seemed to do all the jobs and tried hard to understand and help us. * Nice restaurant and outdoor/terrace area * Good to have a wood pellet burner in the apartment

* Terrible and strong drain smell in the bathroom (we think from the shower drain) * No daily service at all for the four nights we stayed. For over £170 per night, I would have expected at least some visits. * The wood pellet burner gave off lots of smoke into the upstairs bedroom (where the flue pipe passed through) on the second time/evening of use. Probably due to it not having been emptied of used ash, etc. even though the signage clearly said that staff would come and empty it daily. * One member of restaurant staff (specifically the Friday evening) wasn't rude but needs to realise that she makes a lot of difference to the diners' expert. When she smiled it was better - but so rare!! * It might be a personal gripe .. but memory foam mattress and pillows give a hard and unforgiving night's sleep. Please change the pillows to softer ones!

We loved being in the mountains, it was very peaceful area. the apartment had everything we needed for cooking nice meals and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was also a highlight!

We thought the spa was included in our stay and sadly you have to pay extra so the photos of the property were a little misleading

Ofrecen plaza de parking con cada alojamiento y mi parking estaba ocupado con bolsas de escombros, con lo que me tuve que buscar la vida para aparcar y no era fácil
