Very nice apartment with large balcony, 2 large bedrooms. Both bathrooms have big closets. Nice and clean, pretty recently build/renovated. Bedrooms and sitting area are equipped with TV`s. The owners live next to the apartment, no other guests so it`s nice and quiet. Beds are good and basically everything is present (dishwasher (with tabs), microwave, coffeemachine (incl pads), cooking pans, etc. From the apartment you have acces to the heated garage below the apartment, which is shared with the owners. Bikes and gear are perfectly safe.
Not much, the location is a bit higher up in the village but that`s about it. If you came to Nauders to walk or cycle, it should not be a problem.

Goede , schone locatie ! Auto mocht in de garage staan , en halverwege de week ontvingen we schone handdoeken. Vriendelijke gastvrouw , en locatie prima ! 10 min lopen naar de M preis , 5 min lopen naar de bakker / shuttlebus

Top ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Sehr gut, dass viele Kleinigkeiten gestellt werden ( Tabs Filter Spülmittel etc,) Super liebe Vermieter Brötchenservice am Morgen

Hier passte wirklich alles! Gastgeber, Lage, Garage für die Motorräder. Wir sind hier sehr gut behandelt worden und überaus zufrieden!

Een fijn appartement met alles wat je maar kunt wensen en een fijne host zeker een aanrader !!!!
Een heel mooi en bijna nieuw appartement met alles erop en eraan. Een hele vriendelijke host en ik mocht mijn hybrideauto in de garage zetten en opladen aan 30 eurocent per Kwh, vind dit maar in het openbaar in Oostenrijk!!!!!!!.
