About this villa rental
Experience the peace of the Menorcan countryside in this renovated rustic single-story house, just 9km from Cala Galdana. Relax in the beautiful garden with a pool and BBQ. Features a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms with baths (1 en-suite), and 3 bedrooms (2 with A/C).
Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
We recommend the excursion to the Barranc d`Algendar. The Barranc d`Algendar is the largest and most important ravine in Minorca and runs from Ferrerias to the beach of Cala Galdana. This ravine has spectacular vertical walls, which in some points of the ravine are more than 80 metres high. The peculiarity of this ravine is the presence of water all year round, including the summer season. In fact, the whole ravine has been formed thanks to the erosion of the river of water that runs along the bottom.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.
Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests
No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.
Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin.
Accommodation in a country house does not exempt guests from complying with this rule.

Couldn't of asked for much more from our first trip to Menorca. Wonderful weather and a good central base to explore from.
The villa offers plenty of space (we were only a group of 4), for larger groups to spread out and not be tripping over each other. The garden and pool are a fantastic asset and plenty big enough. The villa is situated centrally so in easy reach of all corners of the island, however is remote from shops and restaurants therefore a car is a most. On the whole cannot fault the villa, some of the furnishings etc. were basic but useable, we did have some issues/concerns regarding cleanness in a few areas, we choose to deal with these ourselves/not raise them until the end of holiday, but are confident they would of been dealt with by the Villa team had we raised them.
On the whole would recommend for large groups wanting central but remote/quiet location.

het enige minpuntje dat we konden vinden is dat het huis bij aankomst muf en naar vocht rook, maar waarschijnlijk waren wij de eerste huurders, maar verder was het een mooi huis en schitterende omgeving en wat is Menorca een mooi en groen eiland
