Walking distance to all attractions
The only negative (being picky) was that the hot tub was out of order. We certainly would have loved to use it after all the walking we did.

We liked the location to the main shopping area of downtown gatlinburg and the rental rate to stay there.
This unit had several things that needed to be resolved. The bedroom ceiling light would not come on, the kitchen light over the table could not be turned off, the TV control didn't control the TV properly, the ice trays were cracked and only made a few ice cubes at a time, one air conditioner was not cooling properly, the curtain rod over the sliding glass door was about to fall down, and the whole unit needed a deep cleaning, had a couple light switches that we never figured out what they controlled.
All the small stuff adds up. Needs some TLC.
