Quiet, clean spacious house. Loved everything about it

Nice home with a beautiful pool.

Very spacious home with a pool The home itself is lovely and very spacious. If you’re coming to use the pool, just make note that Monday it gets serviced at 10 am which makes it unusable for the entire day. Disregard the notes on the description that says it’s serviced on Tuesday that’s an error. There is a lot of steps to home so if you have any knee problems or not good with stairs, i would not recommend coming to the home. Cleanliness is not the best, the management company will text you 30 minutes into your stay to see how the cleaning was, which makes me concerned as at the property may not always be up to standard with cleaning. When we arrived the bedroom off the kitchen was not cleaned, the linens were in a pile on the floor and forgotten about. There are fire ants all over the kitchen counter and the master bedroom downstairs always has lots of bugs, scorpions, beetles, and grasshoppers. It could just be a country thing, but i hate having to keep my bags closed so bugs don’t get in them. Also, the downstairs trash by the pool was not taken out. It was filled with beer bottles from the previous guests. The pool is very nice, i just wish there was instructions on how to work the hot tub so the water would actually get hot. There’s also miscommunication between the management company and the description of the home. The description says the pool gets serviced on Tuesday so we were planning our day around not using the pool on Tuesday when in reality it gets serviced on Monday at 10 am which makes it unusable for the rest of the day which made a kink in our plans that was not planned for. There is also limited necessities, there wasn’t any laundry soap pods, and there was no trash bags in the home for trash.

Beautiful, relaxing stay with everything you need.

A an absolutely lovely home….location, amenities, quiet

Vacasa staff claimed we could not check in until 4:00 pm because the house was to be cleaned. However, the patio, pool, baseboards, hot water pot , toaster were dirty. Vacasa cleaning fee is $265 for 2 days. I encourage the property owners to hold Vacasa to account for less than top notch cleanliness.
