Good value for money

Location was fine for me as it was a stop gap to the airport, the place was very new and spotlessly clean and very tasteful, the room and bed was lovely with everything you could want

can't see it being very good for a family holiday to far out of Villajoyosa, the shower was good but not enough hot water for 2 people. Encountered 2 receptionists both female the younger one was lovely and helpful but i found the older one to be a bit surly and was put of asking for future things. Had just spent a lovely week in Villajoyosa and its beautiful clean beach, but needed another nights accomodation and the blue line was great with plenty of parking but nothing to do.

Beautiful location with ocean views. Very clean and modern facility. It was amazing to have a 2-bedroom rather than have everyone in the same hotel room. Highly recommend.

Lovely relaxing stay

Fantastic sea views . Location was lovely and quiet . Apartment was very clean and around the pool area. Appliances were easy to operate. Very handy for supermarkets.

Kitchen equipment was extremely basic for a 4 start self catering apartment. TV was all Spanish as far as we could work out . This may be an issue if staying in the cooler months. Aparthotel was unable to provide evening meals as when we stayed this was classed as off session. Bar at night was also closed

we had penthouse room with jacuzzi which was fantastic, quiet ,clean bed linen large comfortable beds,fantastic kitchen and television nice swimming pool

Pillows very soft , frying pans need changing as non stick material all scratched and not good for your health the rest of kitchen utensils and crockery very good, didn’t use restaurant as it closed far to early

'Lovely apartment'

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed overall. The apartment was spotless and finished to a high standard, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was also clean and well maintained, making it a lovely place to relax. Unfortunately during our visit we experienced a storm for 3 days and the pool was closed for safety reasons. It is about a 15 minute walk into the old town and it is mainly flat. The station is also around a 20 minute walk where you can get a tram into Benidorm which was under 3 euros per person. There is also a Mercadona a 5 minute walk from the hotel. In the town the beach runs adjacent to many restaurants where you can enjoy a cocktail and food.

The only downside was the area at the front of the building. It’s a lovely short walk to a beautiful sea view, but unfortunately this area was often spoiled by dog mess. While sitting on our balcony, we saw several people walking their dogs and not cleaning up after them. It’s such a shame, as it really detracts from an otherwise excellent experience. It would be great if the hotel could work with the local council or put up signage to encourage dog owners to clean up, as this would make a big difference.

The apartment itself was 10/10 everything you needed and very clean. The outdoor area was big with table and deck chairs. I’d 100% stay here again:

It's 100 of 10. It must have. View, place, infrastructure, pool, parking, apartment, reception very very good. Not far from the beach and restaurants.

Price. It's not cheap. Not all can afford it, but in this time all in EU not cheap. EU must buy energy in States, and New VATs for protection... May be, than energy will cost less apartment will cost less too.

Cannot rate this venue highly enough. The apartment was outstanding and fantastic value for money. It's a 5-10 minute walk along the beach to the centre of Villajoyosa, it has a lovely small pool, a bar and a quiet atmosphere. The staff were great, extremely helpful, available 24 hours hours a day and unobtrusive.

We came very early (11:00) and were given apartment after 20 minutes. What's more important - instead mountain view it has wonderful sea view. Very good breakfast. Two toilets in the apartment. Competent and friendly hosts.

The apartment was perferct - very nice, modern and comfortable - and the view was beatuiful!

The pool was nice but slightly small. It would be nice to be able to dive :) We would have enjoyed it if you offered yoga in the mornings, included or at a reasonable price. The reseptionist could not give advice on nearby restaurants, although we found some ourselves

Lovely modern apartment, very clean, helpful staff.

The kitchen is slightly under equipped for a long stay, could do with tea towels, serving dishes, oven dishes and more utensils. Also, instructions on how to use the air conditioning and some bedside tables or shelves in the second bedroom.
