Very nice location, clean, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to house and property.
The hot tub is a small cold pool, we chose this house over others specifically for the hot tub and unless you turned the timer every hour on the hour it never even warmed. Very disappointed with the hot tub. Spoke with staff who was very helpful but still never got heat. Neighbors on both sides had hot tubs could see the steam from them.

So much space, and the pool was great!
Received too many emails in regards to trash and recycling. Property did not provide trash bags when they expect guests to follow strict bagging trash rules. Would also have been great if they provided extra toilet paper.

Location is very good, shops and restaurants nearby, a few miles from Disney. Management Company quick to respond, everything you need in kitchen.
Carpets Stained could do with a good shampoo, beds a bit noisy when you turn, a shortage of towels, some of the furniture was broken. Would benefit from ceiling fans.
