Lokatie,directe omgeving en dicht bij centrum stad.
De oppervlakte van de verblijfs/slaapkamer is te klein , circa 10 m2. Dit is de enige reden om van deze ben niet nogmaals gebruik te maken.. ontbijt is daarnaast zeker karig..
