About this house rental
This 10,000 sq/ft home rests on an acre and a quarter and is nestled in the small, historic polygamist town of Hildale. Our home boasts of 6 spacious rooms with private bath and 2 studio apartments. It has 2 shared lounges and a kitchen and kitchenette for guests’ shared use.
You can tour the town with it’s beautiful parks and hikes that are within walking distance, or a short drive, to the famous Water Canyon trailhead or detour to the near Maxwell park and hike, the more difficult than Angel’s Landing, El Capitan.
This room, located on the top floor, has a beautiful view of the sunrise with a big window that bathes the room in the suns morning rays.

It's an older property with a lot of charm. The stairs were a bit of a climb to the room where we were staying, but the views from the windows were stunning and made the climb worthwhile. We're even extending our stay here.

Jason was super accommodating and helpful! Had great recommendations for local hikes and watching the sunset!! This place is exactly what we needed - affordable and close to the parks we wanted to go to. Only 1 hour from Zion, 2 hours from Bryce and the Grand Canyon. A great week for us!

Only stayed one night. Room was nice we had our own bathroom which was a plus. The listing wasn’t specific about sharing the kitchen, wash room, and living room area with other guests. No clue that it was all a shared common area until we showed up. Jason was understanding and gave us back our money for 3/4 nights we booked.
