Its clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, water pressure is good.

Sofa can be softer and more comfortable, if there is more dining chairs will be better too.

House is big. Enough for 20

The deposit of $200sg is really too much. Eventually they refund after check out. I still think too much for deposit

fantastic location

1. when reach. the number that we called. unreachable. we can’t access to the property without password for access door. 2. validation at living is bad 3. issue arise , they are very responsive eg; wifi down, deposit require banking in. many whatsapp texting happen for almost 15minutes. they r helpful but not KISS. (keep it short n simple.) very disturbing after long drive n wait at doorstep n unreachable call , after get in. still need to text for deposit ( e-wallet name is different from banking i ) n wi-fi issue still not solved. they complained to us i m rude but they don’t understand it is irritating for many texting to customer. One of the good service is to keep checking-in procedure simple. if possible , customer don’t even want to text with u.
