Unfortunately there's not a great deal to like. The villa is very dated and in need of a lot of maintenance , modernisation and adherence to regulations. There were 6 of us, family of four and friends. Only GF lounge area and master have A/C. You pay extra for AC. The other two bedrooms were exceptionally warm. Sonia, the property manager, did kindly source two large fans for the rooms. Mattresses are old, need changing. Bid linnen and towels are extra, given the price of the villa these should be included, and some of the fresh sheets had inground stains, including pillows. Lots of maintenance issues with the villa, many mosaic pool tiles missing, some are rough to the touch when walking in pool. The additional charge for the AC, after a day, one of the internal units was leaking, which did get fixed. Then lots of little things wrong in the property, which are such an easy fix that would help make your stay a little easier and feel like you are getting some value for money.. no welcome pack, broken parasols, no wine glasses, no indication of what to do with the bins - but quick drive round the estate, you find them. The front garden to the villa is mature with established beddings and trees which is probably the main attraction about the place, pool is in the front also. We arrived at the villa around 3pm, gardeners were at the property, clearing away a lot of vegetation, looked like the triming had not been done for a while. The gardeners were still there at 450pm hacking away, it looked like they had another hour to go, and after a long day travelling when you are hot and just arrived at your new home for the week, you want to get in the pool. The girls felt uncomfortable getting in the pool with the gardeners around, so we left to go grocery shopping. The maintenance should have been completed beforehand.
