House located in a small country hamlet, on the edge of the Gâvre Forest. Enclosed grounds of 200 m², detached and shared with the owner. Ping-pong and basketball hoop available. Living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140x190 cm), two with a double bed (140x190 cm) and one with a single bed (90x190 cm), shower room and separate toilet.
