This Flagstaff home is gorgeous and clean! The backyard is incredible with fire pit and hot tub. We would love to stay here again!

I’d like to first start off by saying this home is beautiful.But our experience was disappointing.First off we went to use the hot tub the first evening there. Upon removing the cover we found the hot tub to be filled with suds of some sort along with a thick brownish film covering the sides (looked like more than just dirt).Also during the first evening we discovered that the master bedroom remote would only turn the TV on/off but no other functions worked.I called Nora (this is who we were advised was our contact while at the home) no answer so I sent her a text message. I asked her about the remote and I also asked her how we turn the hot tub off (no on and off button). She never called me or replied to my text. I thought that was unprofessional.We bought the correct size batteries for the remote but that didn’t solve the issue. Now it gets bad! We attempt to go to bed around 9:30/10. The house next door is having a LOUD party.They have music blasting in the backyard, people outside in the backyard, bangs of some sort, car alarms going off. This goes on until about midnight.This kept us all up including my children.The next day the home next door had another party starting around 5pm. I emailed Nora this time still nothing back! We went to bbq and found it needed a new battery (good thing we bought some). We had to call the police at 10:15 on the house next door. Although they quieted down somewhat noise could still be heard from master. Garage remote also died second day.
