j'ai aimé la vue sur la mer et la montagne et aussi la tranquilité.
Mettre un abris pour le parking voiture pour les périodes de grandes chaleurs. L'accès à la plage à pied est difficile et un peu dangereuse à cause des passages de voitures

Apartment Mallorca 8 in Roses town was nice, with pretty good sea side/beach outlook from terrace. There were very ritch kitchen equipment. Apartment was clean and well maintan. Air condition in each room helps to survive warm nights. Nice surrounding with plenty possibilities to see around.
I was surprised with cost for borrowing of bedding and towels - 120€ for 2 weeks (without exchanging it during 2 weeks) is terrible cost. There is quite demanding way from beach to apartment - about 500m inclining to the hill. Main city with promenade is 5km away.
