This two level fully equipped condo is located on the third floor featuring a private terrace and many amenities that will make feel like home.
This unit has an open concept, the full equipped kitchen, dining and living area are on the main level of the condo offering a lot of privacy in the bedrooms. For your convenience on the main floor we offer a full bathroom and laundry area.
The spiral staircase lead you to the second floor, the master bedroom with king size bed and sliding door that open to a private terrace; the guest bedroom with queen size bed and a large window for natural light.
Both bedrooms share a full bathroom on this level.
Agua de Lechuga has a privileged location is only 5 minute walk to downtown with a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, stores and the beach.
The focal point of the complex is a big community pool, perfect to cool off and make new friends .

Stayed for 5 weeks in January/February 2024. As seasoned travellers, we have a great deal of rental experience. This condo is by far, the best equipped condo we have ever rented and is ideal for longer term stays if you are okay with washing dishes by hand. More than enough kitchen equipment including storage containers and kitchen gadgets. Having a washing machine in the unit was fantastic. Location cannot be beat - short walk to the Main Street of Coco with all the shops and restaurants. Condo pool and grounds well maintained. Complex is non-smoking which was appreciated. Complex also provides night security. Property management company was helpful and efficient when contacted. There is some street noise with construction a few blocks away, roosters and dogs in the neighborhood.
